Born in the United States, Marlo Morgan went to Australia where she spent some time and experienced a long, extraordinary journey among the aborigines, discovering a wild, unspoiled land. Back to the States, she was determined to put her story down to paper and publish it at her own expenses: "Mutant Message Down Under" was thus published. The book has been published in seventeen foreign languages and enjoyed a huge unexpected success.
