Luca 'DJ Rocca' Roccatagliati è un produttore e un musicista. Le sue prime produzioni risalgono ai tardi anni Novanta e sono perlopiù singoli drum&bass e break beat, sotto il nome di Maffia Soundsystem dall'omonimo club italiano. Ha collaborato con Howie B, Pressure Drop, Zed Bias, Dimitri From Paris, Daniele Baldelli e Jazzanova producendo singoli, remix e album per alcune delle migliori etichette europee, come Sonar Kollektiv, Hospital, Compost, Classic, Rekids, Skint, Hell Yeah, Rebirth, Internasjonal, Musik Krause, Deep Freeze, Crammed Disc, International Feel, Gomma, Rotters Golf Club, Paper Recordings, Tirk, Defected. Assieme al leggendario Dimitri From Paris ha creato il progetto elettro disco 'Erodiscotique', con quattro EP su Gomma ed Hell Yeah records, varie tracce incluse nelle compilation "Playboy Mansion" e "Back In The House", uscite per la Defected records e mixate da Dimitri stesso e Bob Sinclar. Con Daniele Baldelli ha realizzato l'album "Podalirius" più svariati EP per is It Balearic? e Nein Records. Come produttore, DJ Rocca è parte dei progetti 'Ajello' (assieme a Taver), 'Supersonic Lovers' (assieme a Marcello Giordani) e 'Crimea X' (con Jukka Reverberi). Ha remixato artisti del calibro di Oliver Koletzki, Luke Solomon, Blaze, Isolee, Pete Herbert, Bjorn Torske, Chris Coco, Dimitri From Paris, Andrew Weatherall e Justin Robertson. Ha anche la sua etichetta ("Danny Was A Drag King") dove realizza uscite di Ajello, Supersonic Lovers, Luminodisco, Verdo, Marcello Giordani, Hard Ton. Nel 2010, con il progetto 'DJ Rocca and 5th Suite', ha scalato le classifiche brasiliane con la hit "Party Bobba". I suoi DJ set sono puro eclettismo per la pista, con grandissimi riscontri in tutti i club dove ha suonato, da Londra, ad Oslo, da Bruxelles a Berlino, Vienna, Barcellona, Zurigo, Berna, Helsinki, Monaco, Parigi, Turchia, Giappone e Brasile.

Luca 'DJ Rocca' Roccatagliati is a producer and musician. He started to produce in late 90s doin some drum&bass and breakbeat singles as Maffia Soundsystem from the same name club in Italy. DJ Rocca collaborated with Howie B, Pressure Drop, Zed Bias, Dimitri From Paris, Daniele Baldelli and Jazzanova producing singles, remixes and albums on some of the best european labels as Sonar Kollektiv, Hospital, Compost, Classic, Rekids, Skint, Hell Yeah, Rebirth, Internasjonal, Musik Krause, Deep Freeze, Crammed Disc, Tirk, International Feel, Defected, Skint, Gomma, Rotters Golf Club, Paper Recordings.DJ Rocca works now with Dimitri From Paris and Daniele Baldelli. With legendary Dimitri From Paris for their new electro disco act Erodiscotique, with four huge EP's on Gomma and Hell Yeah records, and some tracks already included in the Playboy Mansion and Back In The House compilations released by Defected records and mixed by Dimitri himself and Bob Sinclar. With Daniele Baldelli, Rocca have released the album "Podalirius" plus some 12″ on Is It Balearic? and Nein Records. With the award-winning jazz musician Franco D'Andrea formed the Electric Tree Project, a contemporary music trio, hovering between jazz and electronics, with a double album released in April 2016 on Parco Della Musica Records, already record of the month for the magazineMusica Jazz (June 2016). As a producer, DJ Rocca is also part of Ajello (with Taver), Supersonic Lovers (with Marcello Giordani) and Crimea X (with Jukka Reverberi) He remixed big names as Oliver Koletzki, Luke Solomon, Blaze, Isolee, Pete Herbert, Bjorn Torske, Chris Coco, Dimitri From Paris, Andrew Weatherall, Justin Robertson. DJ Rocca also runs his own label: Danny Was A Drag King and releases music from the likes of Ajello, Supersonic Lovers, Luminodisco, Verdo, Marcello Giordani and Hard Ton. During 2010, with the project DJ Rocca and 5th Suite, he reached the top position in the Brazilian charts with the huge track "Party Bobba". His DJ set are pure eclectism for the dancefloor, and he played in lots of worldwide clubs asUK, Norway, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Austria, France, Switzerland, Finland, Czech Republic, Turkey, China, Japan and Brazil as well.
