Londinese, Isobel Butters è laureata in Storia dell'Arte all'Università di Manchester, è associata al Chartered Institute of Linguists e lavora come traduttrice. Per la casa editrice Corraini ha tradotto in inglese gran parte dei libri di Bruno Munari. Attualmente collabora con le riviste Progetto Grafico e Textus (Aiap, Carocci Editore) e con il sito "BooksinItaly.it"(Fondazione Mondadori). Per Festivaletteratura traduce dall'italiano all'inglese i racconti di Scritture Giovani. È sposata con due figli.
From London, she graduated in History of Art at the University of Manchester and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists and works as a translator. She translated many books by Bruno Munari for Corraini Publishers. She currently works with magazines Progetto Grafico and Texts (Aiap, Carrocci Editore) and with the website Booksinitaly.it (Fondazione Mondadori). For Festivaletteratura, she translates Young Writers' short stories into English. She is married with two daughters.
